Description :
  • coordinate emergency response services and be responsible for restoring the Customer's system to pre-outage performance level as soon as possible;
  • participate as an integral member of the emergency recovery team made up of local and global teams and ensure that emergency assistance services are provided in an appropriate and professional manner;
  • initiate and lead the crisis management process during network outages or national outages;
  • demonstrate leadership while ensuring technical and management transition;
  • participate in post-event analysis with the various levels of regional and global support management.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent technical experience.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of engineering experience in telecommunication technologies such as Packet Core, Radio, Cloud, IMS, VoLTE, etc.
  • You are able and willing to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST).
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Experience in customer support services, related tools and possessing a level of customer service skills necessary to handle various customer reactions.
  • Extensive telecommunications experience (preferably in E2E network level troubleshooting).
